nice pics, berto...that third pic looks like mighty steep country...thanks for sharing

Nice pictures there Aaron and to top it off you were getting paid to look for them. hehe

There at Tower Jct. is the Roosevelt Lodge and Cabins still there? I think it was Tower been so long ago, but the wife and I stayed there in the Cabins for about three days back in 1977 while on vacation, had a great time along with the "old wagon train BBQ" ride one day.

browtine,

i think 40 pics of different antlers in 4 hours of walking meets my definition of a successful trip. :)

littlefoot,

i had to take that pic on my knees or i would have been slip-sliding away to the bottom of that slope!

kilo,

i didn't have time to pass thru tower jnctn...i was workin' don't ya know ;-)

Great pics. I wouldn't mind spending some time down ther taking pictures some time. Thanks for sharing.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-26-04 AT 02:02PM (MST)[p]Nice pics you deadwood parasite. :) The rest of us were busy covering for you :)

Please post the series of pics showing you with a work truck loaded with bone, and then the following series of the YNP gustapo giving you the torture treatment. They have a place at Gardiner called Abu Graib II where they keep people who even look at sheds. Im really fond of the one where they have you standing on a stack of sixers with a hood on and wires connected to your konads. The hippies in the background were really enjoying it. :)

gee, it sounds like i managed to irritate one of my coworkers who also frequents this site...

deadwood parasite? sounds like jealousy to me ;-)

Thanks for the pictures. Seems to be mighty slow right now. Everyone must be gearing up for season...

kilo,

i passed thru tower yesterday and yes, the roosevelt log and the cabins are still there!

i saw about 4 loads of people in the wagons headed out for a tour. the wagons looked brand new.

man, the tourists down there who park in the middle of the road and stack up traffic just cuz some black or griz is wandering thru the trees near the road really slow me down and pi$$ me off! happened twice yesterday, so the second time i really lost my cool...good thing they don't allow firearms in the park or there's no telling what i would have done!

You enjoyed taking the pictures or the sheds?! hehe! Nice, thanks for posting. yep some archery seasons open for me in the next couple weeks! And I helped a friend out for a day with his archery sheep tag yesterday! it was fun "chasing" those things around the mountains.
