With two 300wsm that I have had I have noticed a slight gouge or mark on the casing from working it into the chamber and back out. Is this from the steeper ramp and other people are seeing it or is it something I need to have looked at or could fix myself?
Is it a factory gun or a custom rebarrel job? If it's custom take it back to the gunsmith to have it tuned. It will cost you unless you specified making it feed in the work order.
