GPS tracking collars for dogs

Need some suggestions please. I take my dog (it a border terrier) in the hills quite a bit and there is very little phone reception. I have a collar that works with cell coverage and it’s great for what it is. However, a GPS collar is really what I’d like.
My dog stays by me quite well but, these (at least mine) terriers are a little unpredictable ha ha…. Thank you
 
Garmin is the name in dog tracking collars.


I use the Alpha 100 with TT10 collar. For your little guy the TT5 or TT15 might be better. I have a pretty hard-headed GSP/English Pointer cross. I won't let her out of the truck without the collar on.

Depending how you have it setup you can even see if he has the deer on point or treed.

Edit: They aren't cheap so I guess i depends on how bad you want to find him.
