Help scoring this bull RESULTS

Thanks everyone for your replies to the original post. After hearing all your input my friend decided to go after this bull and he got it done with a bow on the second day. You guys were right on the money as this bull grosses 379 5/8 and will net at 363 2/8. Thanks again for all your input. We were in a hurry to get pics before dark so they aren't the best, but here are a few of them.
