Second, points suck. My #1 gripe against points is that the rules change yearly, yet you buy points for the long haul. You do not know what you are buying, because the rules can change when enough have nots complain loudly enough. They also lock you into long term goals, yet your plans may change from year to year also. And they are unfair to newcomers. For Idaho, you also have to pick either deer, elk, and antelope, or one once in a lifetime species. You lose flexibility and will not be able to switch. Plus, the main thing points do is lessen the lucky guys chance of drawing multiple times before the unlucky guy does. For once in a lifetime hunts, completely unnecessary.
