Utah's vote might just matter. If Johnson can get Utah's electoral vote and the rest of the election is close enough, the 3 way split of electoral votes might mean no one gets the 270 electoral votes. If that happens the presidential election goes to the house and the VP goes to the senate. The 12th amendment has been in place since 1804.
