Info on Box ELder Newfoundland Mountains Sheep Hunt

A buddy of mine here in WA was fortunate enough to draw a sheep tag out of the Newfoundland MTS. He's an avid hunter and has hunted all over the West. He's pretty self sufficient but was wondering if there was any local knowledge or advice anyone on here could give a guy and what caliber of ram a guy could aim for in the unit. Thanks, BT
