Lease Rules Between Hunters

I just entered into a lease here in OH for hunting and wanted to know what some things you may have learned that were necessary rules among the guys on the lease? Please list good and bad expectations or experiences so we may incorporate them into our rules. We have started a list but more info is better.

Might want to implement a horn restrictions, but that shouldn't be too hard since it is the buckeye state. Quite a few bucks go book size, also maybe working a schedule of who will be on the lease at a time, depending on the size of the lease and how many are on the lease. What type of work party schedule are you working for the lease to work foodplots, stand sight preparation, cabin work, etcetera. Just somethings to keep in mind.

1. get the rules on paper, whatever you decide. That way you have proof of what you agreed on.
2. figure out what is a guest policy, we never allow guests the first 5 day of ML or gun season.
3. Figure out what to do about future potential members, perhaps you dad or you kids for example.
