I didn't take an ATL pic, but the very first set of elk antlers I found in around 2005 got me really hooked on looking for more. February 5th that year, the snow had gone away, I saw two cow elk and a calf and decided to chase them for a closer look. I got to within about a hundred yards, when they winded me. I then saw a drift fence back through an old burn, decided to follow it because I observed it led directly back to where I'd parked my truck. I almost missed the antlers, as I was intent on just getting back to my vehicle as quickly as possible. I couldn't believe what I was seeing; I thought too early to find sheds, but figured out what had happened! The impact of the bull jumping the fence had caused the antlers to fall off, landing on top of one another! Will forever be my favorite shed hunting memory!

Another nice four point set that was missing the G2 on one side and the G3 on the other.

A decent sized three point set.

A kind of unique find its a five by four set laying on top of each other.

not side by side but found this elk set after walking by it as i was exhausted and had to walk back down the hill just to make sure the stick wasnt an elk horn and it was. they were about 20 feet from eachother.
