LICENSE SURRENDER?

I Was looking on Wyoming fish and game website and I can not find anything on "Surrendering a permit" I have got a full price deer permit that I think would be wise to surrender if I could? Does wyoming have a program like this?? ANY INFO??

I thought they had something if you have a serious illness. Otherwise its all yer's...

IIRC there is also a provision for a VERY serious illness. I think it needs to be just short of a death sentence to get it though.

In 1997 I drew a region G permit, then had to have a knee operation. I called Fish & Game, they said to send it back with a written Dr. Note on his letterhead and they would send me a refund, I did, so they did.
