Lighted Reticules???

Looking at putting a Vortex PST 6-24x50 on my 7mm mag. and was wondering if there are any states that don't allow them?

Is there an issue for Utah or Colorado, or Wyoming, or Idaho? Do you know if lighted reticles are allowed in these states?

Page 98 of current Idaho regs:

"Weapon Restrictions
Rifle and Shotgun
In any hunt, including any-weapon seasons, it is unlawful to
pursue or kill big game animals:

? With any electronic device attached to, or incorporated
on, the firearm or scope; except scopes containing
battery powered or tritium lighted reticles are allowed."
