Lincoln National Forest opening up anytime soon?

I'm hoping to take my girls camping in a week and a half in the Cloudcroft area. I know the forest is still closed. Any word on when it might open up again now that the rains have started to at least some degree?
 
I wouldn't bet on it...in 36 last week the forest on the southside of the highway from Picacho almost to Rio Ruidoso was on fire.

On a side note, I saw plenty of barbary sheep next to the highway up towards Lincoln.
