Lion Hunting during Deer Season

Is it legal to hunt lions during deer season?

I'm thinking of picking up a tag just in case I see one while helping a friend on his deer hunt.

The lion season is March first to the last day of the next February.

No closures unless the harvest objective has been met in the region.

Its a good idea to keep a lion tag with you at all times. They seem tp pop up when you least expect them. fatrooster.

pray for snow during your buddys deer hunt you going to run dogs while he is hunting deer??

I'd love to bring the dogs but I think that might hamper the deer hunting, I'd probably just come bring the dogs back on a separate trip when I know there will be snow.

I've seen Lions twice while hunting deer, one was too far and the other I was just too slow. I always have a tag with me though. I'm thinking third times a charm.
