These attacks will continue but when it does, someone needs to find a good lawyer.
I have written Arnold about allowing hunting and have never gotten a response. Not bad enough we can't hunt these predatory animals here but we can't hunt out of state and import the cat either. I proposed they charge hunters an import tax to bring it in. Extra revenue for the state. I would gladly pay an import tax to drive to AZ to take a trophy. Our taxidermists here would also benefit. It would also help our anemic deer population. But I am probably preaching to the choir here.
