little help from utah folks

so i want to put in for a LE deer tag as my first choice as a NR, does this hurt my chance at drawing a general tag? I have 5 points for LE and 4 points for general deer. If my first tag i put in for is the LE am i screwed on drawing the general (assuming I dont draw the LE, of course then I wouldnt care)? I understand that they have an order that permits are drawn in but dont now if how i fill out my app makes a difference (is this clear to anyone or have i lost my mind)anyone help on this?

They are 2 different apps.

You apply in one place for the LE, anouther for the general tag.

If you draw the LE tag you are done as you can only have 1 deer tag per year except for antlerless.
