Meat for horse training(Boise area)

Have a 5yr old horse who didn't take much to packing out my son's elk last year. We have him trained solid to the pack, loading lot's of gear of all types, and even to stand damn still while hobbled, but I am missing one main ingredient....Meat!

If anyone has a quarter that for any reason isn't going to make it into the freezer I would love the opportunity to use it for my horse training.

If you have been packing with this horse and he packs good should pack out whatever you put on him . I would not be to worried about it , I pack with mules and horses and don't train them with any type of meat , I have packed bear, lion elk , deer with no problems
