I work from home, so I hear all the news all day. It's like Jerry Springer.....ha ha
Anyway, it's so obvious what Trump was asking for from Ukraine. It's so hard to hear the republicans act as though it wasn't what it was.
Finally, Mitt Romney at least tells it like it is.

Mitt posted on FB, "When the only American citizen President Trump singles out for China?s investigation is his political opponent in the midst of the Democratic nomination process, it strains credulity to suggest that it is anything other than politically motivated. By all appearances, the President's brazen and unprecedented appeal to China and to Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden is wrong and appalling."

Regardless what happens, it's refreshing to see a politician tell it like it is, regardless what the party wants. I get so frustrated that Chris Stewart can't do that.

The Democrats do not have a leg to stand on. Hillary and the DNC pulled that dirty stunt with the Steel dossier and when it is over, we will find out how many Democrats in Congress also played dirty with Trump.
He just took a page out of their play book and gave it back to them.

Biden's excuse is lame. The man is dirty like Hillary for playing the "pay for play game" and I would not want him for my president as he can be bought and sold for the right amount of money.

Let's face a true fact here secondhand information isn't acceptable in any court in this country for a reason.......so why are they working so hard to change the rules to make it acceptable to deny a sitting President the same rights any common man would be entitled to in a court of law........HMMMM

As to Mitt's response.....it would appear he may have a small conflict of interest as mentioned above.on this matter too so it makes sense he'd support the cabal..Besides we know Mittens made his money off stocks and corporate takeovers and to think he's not invested into the things Hillary would have brought is naive......he probably has millions invested in the green dems plan stocks as a forward thinking position.

And regardless what democrats have done, I don't think it's right for a President, regardless of party, to dangle US aid in front of another country while asking them to help find dirt on a political opponent.
It's just a wrong way to go.

Agree founder. He should just weaponize the FBI, CIA, and IRS, like his opposition did. He should infiltrate his opponents campaigns with spys, rig the electorates, and be given all debate questions prior to any debate he may be involved in. He should make up any lie he wishes, "he hasn't paid taxes in 10yrs", "he colluded with Russia", "he had Russian prostitutes piss on him", and so many others I can't recall them all, to smear his opponents and create a false public perception. Thats really the proper, upstanding way of defeating your opponent.


And the aide was dangled in front of the Ukrainians by Biden to save his sons hide.

Digging up dirt would be like if Trump payed some foreign intell guy to make up a dossier with stuff like paying prostitutes peeing on your opponents bed and the like.

You're wrong Mitt, and by all means don't vote for Trump, Mitt, but why is that grounds for impeachment? That's what is appalling and an insult to every truth loving American. To assault a duly elected President in that way won't stand.

This will be the look on Pelosi's face if she succeeds in framing the President and succeeds with impeachment. I predict she is in for a big surprise. Mitt and the Dems better be careful what they wish for.

Eel, you're exactly right. This is about truth. We want the truth about everything and if we can't find out the truth about our politicians it begs the question of what are they trying to hide.

Having said that, I'm not sure who is advising the president about his foreign policy but I think they should be fired. In the wake of the Russia hoax I would advise the president to steer very clear of anything that would give the appearance of enlisting the help of a foreign government to investigate a political opponent. The fallout just isn't worth it IMO because Democrats, instead of legislating, are just waiting for Trump to fart wrong to start an impeachment inquiry.

Maybe this is Trump just giving them the middle finger and telling them to bring it on but it just doesn't seem smart to me. This is going to be the focus of the entire election season by the Democrats and people are stupid enough to only read the headlines put out by the shyt media. It's literally Russia, Russia, Russia all over again. The only thing that fixes this entire mess is if Trump can stave off impeachment and trot out serious corruption evidence on not only Biden but also all the Russia stuff right before the election. It would be very difficult for Democrats to say yeah we might be corrupt but Trump used the Ukraine to find us out.

This whole brew-haha is about three things in my opinion. 1. Hate - they hate Trump because he beat the crap out of them in 16' and humiliated everyone on the left and many on the right in the process. He wasn't supposed to win and they rigged it so he wouldn't, problem is there's a whole bunch of patriots in this country that saw through their bullchit (It wasn't hard to see btw) and said no thanks to corrupt Cankles. 2. Boskee bringing up climate change and Democrats is very timely on your part.

As most know, Ca. voted in a increase of gas taxes to pay for repairs to our roads and freeways that were in bad need of repair and improvement. We now have the highest gas taxes in the states. Of course the Democrats pushing this bill told the voters the added money would only go towards repairing our roadways. As usual they lied big time.

A little over a week ago, our bent wrist liberal Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a order that will divert 5 BILLION DOLLARS from the gas tax money to be used for climate change.

what is really sad, the fools here that voted that gas tax money in also voted for our state lawmakers to be able to increase any future gas tax money without it being approved by the voters as required before. How they can trust our liberal Democrat lawmakers is being foolish to the ninth degree, and people wonder why not just people, but business is fleeing this state for other states. Just maybe they cannot afford to live here or do business here.

Your post shows us exactly what happens when they get the keys to the treasury. They take the money and apply it to what ever they want without having the voters TAXPAYERS approval. Think of it as free checking with unlimited funds to spend on your hearts desire........in your case a program designed to eliminate fossil fuel usage by giving preference to an alternative energy source they support to promote it's success as an alternative that will save our planet and may make them a few $$$$$ bonus as a shareholder or informed investor.

Founder, we all agree that Trump is not politically correct when he talks. If you get offended at the way Trump talks, it is a good thing you do not hear my wife talk about the liberal crooked Democrats.

I don't know how many times I've heard people who have different opinions than me or who are very critical of me, right here on this site, but never would I speak of them or their families like Trump speaks of people. And he's the President!!!! It's crazy. Absolutely no excuses in my opinion. That's just me though. You guys can hope for his future success, I hope to see a new President soon. you make some good points but then I didn't hear you going after the dems for accusing him of incest with Ivana, bringing schill witnesses against him and Kavanaugh and resorting to the normal tactics of the democrat party.

Then they've accused him of being a traitor, colluder, and god knows what else with Russia, Ukraine and other countries just for effect.

The true fact lies in that the dems can't stand they lost the election and will do what ever they can to remove him from office. The same party that trolled him for not being willing to accept the result of the election is doing the same thing including that esteemed pariah of a candidate Hillary Clinton. You know the one who was an attorney that knowingly destroyed evidence, took money as our secretary of state and reset our relations with Russia. The same gal that cheated her own party and obviously couldn't accept the fact she lost.

Then we have the actions of the stalwart liberal press who has carried the water for the liberal lies and deception of the FAKE NEWS 24/7 round the clock. The man wasn't even in office when they started to discredit him and you want him to be civil and Presidential. Well founder it rolls two ways and it was members within our own FBI, DOJ,state department and other agencies,and the democratic party that planted evidence to launch an investigation against the man, to try to set him up to remove him. Maybe you want to forget all this because it hasn't been reported on the TV stations you watch. Why is that?

See somehow we the members of the deplorable sect while seeing the political game playing being carried out every day for years have taken affront to the way the games being played today. It's gone far beyond the politics of the past and morphed into full blown hatred and rock throwing, rioting and erosion of our right to choose, let alone the indoctrination of our children to oppose the values and right's this country was founded on.

If Trump being unpresidential disturbs you then why don't you pick up the phone and tell your party leaders that enough is enough. I'm sure they'll listen to you right after they get your guns and have killed a few more million innocent unborn since that seems to be shaping the current narrative. Until then I'm afraid you'll have to watch the man take on the cabal which during calmer times would have been put down to save the crown and jailed.

It's the times founder and given the climate today it's only going to end when one side finally realizes they've been caught and throws in the towel to accept their fate. I'm betting the guy in office will prevail and given the way the crowd reacted to his words they didn't find it as offensive as you. Time will tell but at some points the offenders are going to have to face the nation and this time they aren't going to put Trump on the cross for the other guys sins.

If they impeach Trump and the senate removes him from office the swamp will have prevailed and then you'll have to face reality in that globalism and socialism will be fitting rewards for letting corruption triumph. Time will tell but the struggle for power is within our grasp if only we have the will to keep the America we all knew alive.

Besides if the dems were actually interested in this country why would they be broadcasting all this to the world to diminish our standing around the world....It a damn powerplay. Wake up.

It is a proven fact that taking that route you promote will allow them to run over Trump and the GOP. Trump is smart enough to turn the tables on them and show the American public that he is capable to beating down the school bully who started the name calling in the first place. You may not buy it, but the American public will buy and support him for being the tough guy who can beat the school bully who got away with his tactics until now.

I also did not see you speaking up when numerous Democrats in office started calling Trump nasty names and also his supporters. Were you tuned out then because it was acceptable for the Democrats to invoke the nasty name calling.

The loving tolerant Democrats who always respect the office of President. This was over two years ago. Trump will eventually fight back. He has a good memory.
