Mobility I ????

My buddy is mobility impaired. He said that last year it was legal to apply for bow hunts, and use a crossbow. It was in the proc. This year it is not. Does anyone know, if this was changed?

As of right now it is Illegal.They will vote on it at the end of Feburary.At which point it might be legal again.Thats what i was told by clownsville a few weeks ago.

i read on the 2012 RIB that a crossbow is now a legal means of taking game in NM and fall under any Leagal sporting arms Im also loking into the mobility impaierd for my brother inlaw

It is amazing it was in the proc last year, and then just goes away this year. They are deciding at the end of Feb with the apps due in a month. That is freaking typical!
