Who else got the muzzle loader tag for the 15 A,B,C & D beside me ?

Better concentrate your efforts in 15A and 15B. Not much in 15C North and South and 15D as far as deer are concerned!

Well how was the hunt? I Heard a lot of people were out chasing Deer and elk in that area.

Some local friends of mine did well. G&F told them that of the 8 dead deer that he had seen/checked on the muzzy hunt last weekend, all were spikes or small two points besides my friends deer.

How big was your friends buck? Any pics?

Well I hit it hard and came up with a tag sandwich saw 2 does just the opposite in area 10 where I went with a friend he had the cow tag and I saw 5 bulls with 2 does.
Ha Don I saw that your group got a couple of cows where I was con graduation. I have a late cow tag hope it will be better then the early one.

A goof friend of mine, Jay Chan, took a nice 4 X 4 buck on the muzzleloader hunt. His brother got a spike on the same hunt.

We did fine on that Unit 10 antlerless hunt. ON the second day we got into a herd of 15, of which 9 were branch antlered bulls.

Best was a 320 6 X 6.

We got the lead cow, she was without a calf.

Note we had to cut off her hind legs just to get her up into the tree so we could process her.

The other cow was a little smaller but still a mature animal.

Lot of fun up there, we saw over 100 elk a day!
