Looking for anyone with any information. Would like to stay out of Jaridge Wilderness but if its possible to hunt it or to get help spiking in I would not be opposed. Any information would be great. At 54 this may be my last lucky draw. If you are solo maybe we could team up and go together. Just want a decent bull.

Depending on your financial situation, Cottonwood Ranch can help you out a lot. I did a solo, diy muzzy hunt in there last year and paid them to pack my bull out. It was pretty steep at $1200, but they start at $800 if you are on the east side of the wilderness. There's a write up on the second page of the NV forum if you want to take a look. I just camped right on the wilderness boundary and walked in every morning.

People do find nice bulls outside of the wilderness or in 73 or 74, but I would say the vast majority of the elk herd is inside the wilderness. If you are interested in talking about it any more, send me a PM.
