New Rifle Scope

Cabelas has their Alaskan guide and Burris Fullfield II combos on sale right now. I have always owned Nikon optics in the past but the pricing on these scopes seems right. Anyone have any experiance with these scopes? I am especially curious about the Alaskan guides as I cannot find many 3rd party reviews on them. Also, how would they compare quality wise with the vortex scopes?
