Nikon Warranty

Does anyone know what Nikon's warranty is? I'm sure it's not like Leupold's lifetime warranty. I have about a five year old pair of monarch binoculars where the eye piece will not hold position when twisted out. It just pushes back in flush with the eye glass. I want to send them back for repair if possible, even if I have to pay. Any advice appreciated.

I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN AND THEY SENT ME A NEW PAIR.I KNOW THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE BIG THREE BUT I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD FOR THE MONEY.
