Huntinguy, We got around 12 inches of snow today where I live, I imagine the mountains above our town recieved at least double or more. I'm guessing the mountains got anywhere from 24-30 inches. With that much snow, all the deer,even the big 'ol smart bucks will likely start moving around a lot more to find feed, so these bucks that you might never see during a normal weather pattern become easier to find and shoot. If the snow is bad enough it could cause them to abandon the high country all together and head for lower ground walking right into the masses of hunters. This happened in 2004, I think it was, and I have never seen so many big bucks killed down in the lower country.
