LAST EDITED ON Oct-25-12 AT 10:22PM (MST)[p]I'm loving these Letterman and Libya etc posts. You guys are working OT before the election. It's hilarious just to read the names of all the threads in the political forum. I can't pick which ones to read or comment on. Conspiracies...drama....horror....fiction...you guys have it all. You'll believe and interpret anything if it fits your agenda. I'm going to be sad for about 5 seconds after the election but I know we can pick right up with bashing Barry or praising romknee. I'm keeping the tinfoil hat knowing I'll return often to the land of make believe.

Where you been, in a cave the last 4 tears? His whole term has been one big F'up. This is nothing new.

Apparently dead Americans don't mean much to you Zigga... You should be so proud! By the way maybe you can explain why the polls are leaning and who actually has the momentum. Let me see the big issue is the economy and Romney leads with males, independent voters and has gained ground with women, hispanics and blacks. Blacks and hispanics unemployment numbers are higher than whites so think they think things are rosey? Still think those empty wallets don't matter. By the way this is a compiliation of 35 polls showing this trending so there is some reality in the sampling and some loss in previous support demographics.

We'll see how this things shakes out Zigga the republicans aren't too worried for some reason maybe their private polling shows them things that bear out the trends. By the way Ohio is still up for grabs must be the empty wallet syndrome! When you have the Detroit Newspaper endorsing Romney even after the auto bailout that speaks volumes and puts MI back into the foray! It's not over yet but when the incumbent is below 50% that doesn't bode well this late in the game. Which candidates are talking with desperate talking points?

Dude may have had it figured right in that the popular vote may not carry the electoral college. But for a guy sitting on a big lead things are evaporating too much for the dems to not be concerned. For some reason the liberal talking heads are showing signs of frustration by their talking points and accusations so you may be observing the signs of despair that they seem to align with change. When the pres is calling the other guy a BSer and Chris Mathews is calling republicans racists things aren't calm in Tokeville.

Ziggy is such a devout left wing liberal, he can not see that snowball rolling down the hill. It is gaining speed and getting bigger as it rolls.

Ziggy and Piper have their blinders on and can not see except for straight ahead and will be blindsided when it hits them.

Now for all those incidents that ziggy alluded too. Fast and Furious a big SNAFU on Obama's adminstration. Obama and Holder stalling Congress only made it worse. Using excutive reasons to withhold documents made more people believe it was a outright coverup. Now is that by itself enough to unseat Obama? No it is not.

Then we have the debacle in Libya and the 2 week attempted coverup by Obama himself and adminstration officials. Still not enough by itself to unseat him.

There is the first debate where Obama got caught with his pants down around his ankles and made a piss poor showing on his leadership skills. Not enought by itself.

Then the debate where he made false statements,by saying that is not true, and even known liberals take him to task for not being truthful when it was shown it was true.

Now you have very strong past supporters that are liberal as all get out coming out and mouthing their displeasure with the way Obama has conducted business. Even the liberal press is now taking swipes at him that they would not have done 6 months ago.

Instead of Obama telling the people a plan to get us out of the slump, he is making personal attacks on Romney and some of his plans. Problem is the people do not want to hear personal attacks and some of them have proven to be short of the truth on Obma's part.

His record he avoids talking about because it is a shameful one and has led this country deeper into a slump and more Americans are relizing this as we go towards election day.

When you take all the above items into account, Obama is at the bottom of that hill and the snowball is heading for him at 90 MPH and it is no longer a small snowball. Right now there is some democrat senators also up for election that are hoping Obama does not cause them to not get re-elected and they have distanced themselfs from him in their campaigns.

YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!

Government doesn't fix anything and has spent trillions proving it!!!
Let's face it...After Monday and Tuesday, even the calender says WTF!

We need a "THE SKY IS FALLING!" Forum. Things were FAR worse under w but you think romnee gives a ratss ass about us. LMAO! He is buying this election and it's not with your money. Think about that for a second.

Give w credit for bringing this country to a standstill. God couldn't have fixed this mess in 4 years but you guys keep drinking the koolaid.

Stay thirsty my friends. (Thanks 440)

Zigger or Piper would support Adolf Hitler, Torquemada, or any number of history's known butchers if they were running on the liberal ticket. You can't fix stupid and you can't reason with a liberal!!!

>Zigger or Piper would support Adolf

We've seen what 8 years of your choice got us and we'll be picking up the pieces for years to come.

Comparing Adolf to Obama has reached maximum stupidity. They said it couldn't be done but there you have it. Ahhh....the land of make believe......

Zigga, you had better get yourself prepared. We don't want you to go into such a deep depression like you did after the Boy Scouts of America rejected your application to be a scoutmaster for some reason. Maybe it was some sort of a birds of a feather liberal sort of deal........

>God couldn't have fixed this

>"Hey Koolaid!!!" (Thanks 440)

Koolaid Man is accusing conservatives of drinking Koolaid. LOL

Zigger, I did not compare Obama to Hitler! What I said was that you and Piper were ignorant enough to follow any of history's known butchers as long as they were liberals. Personally I don't think Obama would have the stomach to do what those butchers did. You two would follow that guy on the Idiot Abroad poster that people keep posting if he was running as a liberal democrat.

Bush's 8 years were rough but your daddy has done nothing but make it worse, yet you and Piper keep tooting his horn. So I think we all see who really has reached maximum stupidity!

Good Day Jackazz!

Wingnuts think about this, if you can.

Americans have had 4 years of Obama and he's in a tie with Romney, the people of MA had 4 years of Romney and Obama leads Romney by 16 points there.

So one of the widest spreads in the nation between Romney and Obama is in the state he was governor. you're selling a pig in a poke and the fact is he is less pouplat as a leader than Obama is.

Don't use the liberal voters in MA excuse again you clowns they knew he was a republican when they elected him.

Stay thirsty my friends

Dude I'm surprised by you. At least Mitt thinks your tractor's sexy while the other guys is planning on taking it away because it's not green enough! :)

I don't know how an honest person can vote for either one.

I don't think Romney much cares about things and after 4 years I know Obama is not a leader who can deliver what the country needs.

Nemont

That's the difference??

Romney, you don't know?

Obama you do!!!

I'll take my chances with Romney. Bush was bad but Obama is worse. Romney comes across as a leader I can trust.

I would gladly take Junior back and his nasty 4.6% unemployment rates and $1.47 gas. You can blame him for Iraq which is a small part of the overall debt but you can't blame him for the crash since Dodd and Barnie along with Clinton forced the banks to make stupid loans to poor people.

And with that mentality we could say that dem rule improved after 8 years of Clinton and repubican rule worsened after 8 years of w. I don't know where you guys live but the local economy has improved drastically in the last 4 years. Should I be worried about everybody else or just my hood? The history books have put a bad taste in my mouth with repubican presidents. I'm a slow learner but have little faith with barry and none with another trust funder behind the wheel.

Ziggy, you can take Obama all you want and the both of you can go to Hades as we do not need outright socialists running our country.
Go ahead and keep all your faith in a proven failure of a president on many fronts. Just do not cry to us when it is shoved up your rectum as Obama will try to do.
You and Piper are outright socialists in your politics and we know it. No need for you to try impress us any more. We consider you and Piper outright idiots and nothing will change that. We also do not care what you think of us as your opinion does not amount to a hill of beans as far as we are concerned.
Have a nice day and go paint your historical barn.

Hey 440! You said a few days ago you see no reason Obama should be elected to a second term and we know you're against Romney for obvious reasons, yet you keep ridiculing the republican candiadte and keep tooting Obama's horn. Why, if you you see no reason why Obama deserves to be re-elected, do you appear to be taking sides?

And before you start all the "wingnut" styff, remember I'm the one writing in Ron Paul on the ballot. I see the big picture!

An honest answer would be nice. We know why Zigger and piper do it. They're brainwashed!

Zigger! Reagan ended the cold war and left Slick Willie a stacked deck! A blind retard could have run the country then and been successful.

Zigga,So tell me you think Gates, Buffet, Vanderbuilt, Carnegie, Rockefeller, Kennedy, Kerry, Bloomberg, Clinton, Pelousi & OBAMA didn't create or have trusts? It's the vehicle that allowed them to retain their wealth. How can people that used the same means and methods to retain their wealth not be held to the same standard as the guy you hate for being wealthy. Yet it's exactly why you hate Mitt? Now who's being gullible. Now look at the list above and pick out the ones that created the most jobs. It's not the guys that made their fortunes while in the government or after they left its service.

That alone should give you a big clue to the type of talent we need to help resolve our issues. Long term government employess only create jobs dependent on the private sector$$$. It's the private sector that creates jobs that support the system. What happens if you take taxes away from the government it collapses. What happens if you take the government or taxes away from the private sector ... business goes on. Now what's going to fix our issues as a nation, more taxes or more jobs? The government will spend every cent they can get yet the private sector has to work to sustain itself. The government didn't build GM, Ford Chrysler, HP, Microsoft, Apple, Boeing, John Deere, Intel, the NBA, NFL, or provide the source for any funding, it's dependent on for operation.... that was only provided by the private sector.

Now look at it a different way they're (POLITICIANS) getting you to pay their salary and pension, giving them paid vacations and taking money away from you & your family that you earned to do it. Then with your money they're giving it to people that don't care to work so that they can get their vote to remain on the job longer and keep you working longer and harder to support the politician and the guys without the jobs on welfare. Then just to make sure they can stay in power they're allowing more guys to come here illegally and then we give them food stamps and other forms of assistance and probably help the guys on welfare with their rent along with the guys that jumped the fence and charge you for their healthcare.

So in effect you're feeding them, giving them some help with rent, giving them medical care and giving them raises for having more kids (Bet you don't get that benefit from your employer let alone housing assistance ) and allowing them to stay home and watch TV while you work 40+hours every week. So you pick up part of the tab for both yet they actually work less for their money and have more time to spend with their family and don't have to get tired doing their so called job but they get their check just like you.

Yep Zigga ain't America great...... they've got you blaming the guy that didn't do any of it to you and cost you nothing so that they can stay in power and get you to keep toiling..... and you're going to vote for them too! Why that evil old Mitt damn him! That dirty SOB has really taken advantage of you hasn't he!

Triggerman, remember this election will have an impact on the supreme court. Ron had plenty of great ideas but there is more at stake here than principle. Thanks for your consideration.

Bush 41 and not Clinton came after Reagan. So Clinton inherited nothing of Reagan's legacy.
So much for that tid-bit of insight.

Eldorado

I've weighed the pros and cons of a write in vote, but since I live in Texas Boskee, Mitt is a shoe in. My small group of Ron Paul supporters feel safe enough to write him in just based on principle! Its the darn swing states we need to concentrate on.

Its funny, four years ago there were Obama supporters everywhere down here. Now...not so much!

BS eldorko! There was plenty of residual from the Reagan years for Clinton to inherit. Besides Bush 41 was a one termer and spent his time preoccupied with the first Gulf War.

Nice try, but that dog just won't hunt! And thanks for giving credit for Reagan's Legacy, I'm sure he's smiling in his grave.

So nobody wants to take on my question of why Romney can't carry the state he governed. probably your best option.

There may be some supreme court appointments made, but don't count on any Scalia's from Romney. if you recall he was for abortion rights and gun control before he had to run as a republican in a national format. funny how many people are too stupid to see this.

Romney would appoint a moderate, which to you would be a liberal.

Stay thirsty my friends

You are a certified idiot 440. The logistics of a race for governor and the wite house are fundamentaly different. Look at NM, WI, CA. These states elected Republican governers, but are blue states when it comes to presidential races. Governors run on state issues while the POTUS runs on federal issues. It's a different animal.

Why is romney tied with Obama. Probably the same reason Regan was tied or behind with Carter. Encumbents always have the edge.

44O, now maybe you could explain why Obama is, according to the most accurate polling company in the US, now behind or tied in every swing state but Nevada? At this point Obama is grasping for air

Also Dude if Romney appoints a moderate to the Supreme Court, That would be a thousand times better then the bent wrist liberals that Obama has shown to appointing. A moderate will be more prone to interpet the law and not make new law as liberals are prone to do.
