For you CA. hunters that buy your ammo on line from out of state. As most of you should know Moonbeam Brown signed into law a bill that will stop all on line sales of ammo this coming Jan. 1, 2018.
If you buy on line due to cheaper prices on your ammo, you better stock up now. Some on line ammo sellers are stopping CA. sales by Christmas time in order to make sure the ammo gets to you before that Jan.1 deadline.
In state CA. ammo sellers will also have to buy a permit to sell ammo in CA. and record all sales. Buyers of ammo will also have to get a permit to purchase ammo in CA. This will mean higher prices on your ammo and a lot of the small ammo sellers are dropping selling of ammo due to this law. I know of several local hardware stores that have said they will no longer sell ammo after Jan.1.
I am a reloader, but just made a large purchase of factory ammo for my concealed carry defensive pistols in 3 different calibers. Plinking and hunting ammo I do not have to worry about, for now, since I reload those calibers.
