I recently bought a trail cam from Primos. I had some problems with the camera and had to call their customer service. After a short hold I was able to speak to an actual human. He was very friendly and I was given a few things to try in hopes the camera would work out ok. After that failed I called them back, He instructed me to send the camera back, they would just send me a replacement. Within 2 weeks I had a brand new camera in my hands. Not only was it a new camera, but it was a better model than the one I sent in.

Primos has EXCELLENT customer service! I will definetly be buying from them in the future.




I'll tell you who it was . . . it was that D@MN Sasquatch!
