Private land deer hunt

We have an opportunity to hunt a private ranch in the Winifred area this year for mule deer. It has had very little pressure the last couple of years. Can anyone give me an idea on herd population or quality. Should we wait another year or are deer populations okay in that area. Any help would be appreciated.

Country around Winifred varies from miles of wheat, rangeland, and breaks. Deer numbers will vary.
