question about 2nd drawing???

if you get lucky and draw in the second drawing for leftover tags....do you loose your bonus points???? cant seem to find the answer to that question on the web...thanks

ok so i am new to the nevada game....but is it similar to idaho, as far as what makes a tag a left over tag???? is it a tag that the number of applicants is less than the total people that applied for it???? or is it a tag that gets drawn and not purchased by a certain date????or a combination....thanks guys...
