Question for those with FZ's

I only have one battery for my fz-10. After looking on ebay, I see them anywhere from $5 to $40 bucks. Is there much difference (other than price)? Is a generic battery just as good as a replacement from Panasonic?

mt...the only thing i can tell you is this...i bought my extra batteries through panasonic...when you get that 'once in a lifetime picture', you want everything to work.....my 2 cents worth...

With electronics you usually get what you pay for. I opted for a more expensive battery.

hey, I bought one on ebay for under 20 bucks. It is as good as the one i got with the camera.. I will never buy in the store again. I also purched one for the video camera...works awesome. My vote goes to ebay.

I bought one from Panasonic, and it works great. I bought one from ebay new in package, and it holds a charge for about 10 minutes. My vote is with DK and Littlefoot.
