Question on rut over in Central Idaho

I pulled a unit 14 muley tag in the Riggins area. I am somewhat flexible as far as hunting dates. Was planning on hunting the end which would be the 16th-20th. Just curious if that is going to be a little late???

I agree go earlier. Seems that later in the rut the big boys get a little harder to find. I think they hole up with their favorite lady. Catch them cruising does just a little before they start breeding.

Dont miss it whatever you do and hunt all season plus 2 days before when you can... Them rut tags are always a blast.
