Quick refund question

Does the F&G still give out the 80% refund for the license if it's turned in by a certain date if the person doesn't plan on hunting, and just wants to put in for the special draws to try and get the points? Is that info in the regs- the only thing I saw regarding refunds was on pg.15, talking about deaths/medical emergencies. Just wondering if they only issue a refund for a legit reason. Thanks.

yes, 80% refund if tag is turned in before Aug 1 50% after that-Hatrick
