Been pretty tough the last few weeks. Quite a bit of hard, crusted snow followed by enough wind to drift alot of country in. Some ridgetops have blown open, but for the most part it's white as far as you can see. The blade operators are making a mint in the gas patches this winter because of the drifting. The elk that have drifted up towards the interstate should do alright, but the antelope and deer are a different story. Already losing big bunches of antelope to trains while sheltered up in the railroad cuts.
We'll see what the next 2 months bring...
