Reloading for what? more information about what you are relaoding is needed to answer that question.
For me I think a progressive press is the best deal for reloading handgun ammo. Single stage press for all of my rifle stuff.

I like well actually just flat love the dillon 550 for handgun calibers and then use a rock chucker for all my rifle rounds.

I use a Pro7 progressive press for everything smaller than 243 win, including pistol, and a single-stage RCBS RockChucker for everything 243 win and larger. For shotgun it's Ponsness-Warren progressive presses all the way through the gauges (except 16).
That info is just a start! The press is just a fraction of what you'll need to turn out top quality loads.
