What a crappy thing to happen. I wish the family well.
Everyone needs to remember safety. Make smart choices. Remember to get those bullets out of barrels when you get to camp, the truck, the ATV, etc.

I don't think guns should have safeties. When you put a bullet in the chamber, you intend to shoot. Whether you shoot or not, the bullet is to be removed from the chamber. Duh!!!

+1 MM. Isn't it illegal in Tardville like it is everywhere else to have a loaded firearm on an ATV? That's two young boys killed because of the ineptitude of fellow hunters. A child was shot on Grand Mesa because some dip hit shot at noise in the bush. It's scary because my 10 year old is out there with me now. God bless the young child's family, it's a tragedy that was easily preventable with some education and common sense!
