Attached are some photos from an incredible adventure on a Rocky Mt. Sheep Hunt in the Ruby Mts. The tag holder was Kyle Neill's uncle, John Stone, who was assisted by Kyle and Jason Salisbury. Kyle and Jason work for NDOW out of the Fallon Office. Thank God They Are Young Kids Without a Fear of Heights!!!
To appreciate the location where the ram was shot in his bed open the Hairy spot photo first. The ram was on the ledge 130 feet up the cliff near Echo Lake. He was shot in his bed with 5 other rams. The hunting party was able to dress out the ram where he was, but had to go into Elko to get mt. Climbing equipment to finish the job. Using climbing harnesses, ropes and pitons, the ram was caped and boned out. His green score was 176 4/8's.
