What is the current buying price for elk and deer antlers in the brown, hard white and chalk categories? Are there any other catagories?
Who was this quote from? It's a little better than my buyer, but he will match it. I've got some big chalk and I was quoted $3 on elk chalkElk 17-11-4

I call him a kid he is a cool grown dude of 24 I offered him the price SS suggested ?A transaction with a kid..? Just offer him what you're willing to pay, and negotiate from there. Unless you have somewhere else to buy from, a market rate is irrelevant.

You've been living under a rock for a very long time then lolPeople actually buy antlers, that other people find? Thats the silliest thing i've ever heard! I'm an easterner but still, I've never heard of such nonsense.
Lmfao nobody was paying $40-$65lbBuddy at antler fest said nice browns were going for 40-65 a lb. A 380ish dead head sold for 7,600 bucks as well
He’s talking trophy prices. I’ve sold moose sets for 25 lb before and that was to a middle man.I sold for the best I have ever got at $19lb for brown elk this year and I've sold every spring for 25 years.
If they was paying double and triple that a few hours drive north of me I'm going to be pissed!
Sorry SS when prices get this high trophy class is out the window call any buyer buddy! He’s talking trophy prices. I’ve sold moose sets for 25 lb before and that was to a middle man.
A few of the bundles in the auction went that high, the average auction price was $26 a pound. Buyers were buying off the street fir $21I sold for the best I have ever got at $19lb for brown elk this year and I've sold every spring for 25 years.
