Shell Range Moisture Condition

Can anybody tell me what the moisture condition is like in the Schell Range. I hunted 111 about 4 years ago during the archery deer season. That was a good year.

I flew over the Schells yesterday on my way from SFO to Denver. From the air they were fairly green at the higher elevations and there was still a whisp of snow right along the ridgeline. It wasn't much though.
