I have a love hate relationship with these hunts. They are nice if you can gain access to hunt. Problem is a lot of land owners would rather complain that they have deer destroying stuff instead of allowing hunters to harvest on their lands.
We won’t get into how the DNR doesn’t place the hunting dates for the times when the case majority of the deer are wintering in these areas as well.
