Tent Recommendation

I have a wall tent and a backpacking tent. I would like to buy a tent that is quicker and easier to set up than the wall tent for when I want to have a mobile car camp. Sleeps 2-3 people.

My advice. I have the Kodiak 10x10 and I can set it up in 10-minutes and take down is quicker.

I second the Kodiak. I bought the 10 X 14 for my sheep hunt last year and had 7 out of 10 days rain and some 60+ mile per hour winds and I thought the tent would fold but it held up great! I would have tore down camp and left but I tried that and the wash I crossed was 4 feet deep and 100 yards wide. You could squeeze 3 people in there with cots but perfect was 2 cots, a small table and 2 chairs. I could not be happier with the tent and I think it was only a little over $500, maybe $550. I used a cabelas coupon from the mail and saved $100 off from that price.

I have the Pyramid Tent from Red Hawk Trading Co. in ID. It is a great tent. I use it in all kinds of weather. And I can set it up in about 5 min. . I have the 15 X 15 and I used to have the 12 X 12. I really like it.
