So let's say some dude gets really passed at his wife. He goes and puts on a thong, eyeliner, and some shorty shorts. Walks back in the room and kicks the crap out of his wife. Normally he would be facing serious charges and loosing his firearms. But if he tells the cops and the courts he identifies as a woman wouldn't it become some type of misdemeanor assault with a fine?
