The CDC says, at this point, the risk of death for children under the age of 18 from flu is 5 times greater than the risk of death from covid-19. So, why aren't schools opening?
It's not all about the kids getting it and being affected by it.... yes kids are far less likely to get it and be affected by it.... What many are forgetting or don't care to mention is the KIDS can still carry it home and/or to school therefore teachers/staff/elders etc... can get infected by the kids... Kids are more likely to carry and transfer it to others while in school.. This is the whole argument against schools opening full boar right now.
