Tips on a muzzy kit

Hey guys,

I'm looking to build a traditional muzzleloader kit this winter.

Anyone built one and have any suggestions on make/model and wehre to get it.

I want to use it to hunt elk and deer so I'm thinking 50 or 54 caliber.

Any pointers would be great.
