Too many tags

Just got back from an elk hunt, and I could not help but notice the insane amount of people in the woods. Maybe it's just me but I feel like the two hunt set-up is just too many people at once. Anyone else think they should go back to the 3 hunt system?

Too many tags!! Went on a youth hunt for my two boys and we saw more hunters than deer all does too.

I definitely liked the three hunts, fewer days but fewer hunters as opposed to how it is now.

Plus you have the deer hunters like me that can't draw an Archery elk tag in 9 years.
