Speaking of Tooele, whatever happened to that 40" gargantuan HODAD buck from about 10 years ago. Supposedly the beast just disappeared and most thought it was poached.??????

You might be thinking of the big old buck they named Fritos. They used to feed him out on the military base I believe. I do know that buck was poached. Saw a DWR officer with his rack and asked if I could check it out. It was 36 inches wide. I could be wrong but it seems like I heard someone shot the buck and then took him to a taxidermist thinking nobody would recognize it!

Pretty sure they caught that guy with the big deer.

So did this current case just happen? (I can't open the link) We were trying to talk to the CO out there last week and he couldn't talk because he was interviewing a bunch of people on a deer poaching case. Maybe there is more of it going on?

I hope they make an example of them two guys and nail um good so others don't want to try and Poach these tame City Bucks' They are easy targets!
