This language appears to ban all infrared trail cams. New proposed trail cam rule.

(b) No person shall use any real-time video photography equipment,
thermal or infrared imaging device, or other imaging device outside the normal visible light spectrum with the intent to spot, locate and aid in the taking of any big game animal, trophy game
animal or wild bison

Does this ban Trail cams with Infrared or just real time with infrared?

Chapter 2 General Hunting Regulations

Outfitters and others have been using thermal and infrared video equipment and optics to aid in finding an harvesting game. That is what this is referring to. It doesn't mention trail cameras at all.

The rampant growth in technology devices are long term hammering our game animals."

Can not "hammer our game animals" without tags being isused.
Technology just allows hunters to be more affective at harvesting the quota game managers set.

So eliminate some technology to decrease success rates, to increase animals on the landscape?
How much do we limit? No new technology for this point forward, no technology newer than the year 2000, 1980,1960.
Would this included guns, bows, scopes, binoculars, gps, clothing, vehicles, bait, dogs, where is the end. It would be way better to expand winter range, water, food, cover, relocation ect. to increase animal numbers. Instead of limiting success.

Very few states allow dogs or bait already. Many states like Colorado have restrictions on scopes for archery and muzzleloader seasons. The archery success in the 1960s was about 7%. One type 9 unit for elk was over 43% success rate. We already restrict thechnogy,it just needs constant updating as newer technology like trail cams and 1000+ yard rifle set ups become commonplace. I propose a ban on trail cams from June 1 thru Dec31 each year.

Exactly how are you going to expand winter range? Yes I do agree we should put some limitations on all those things you listed so everyone feels the pinch. We all need to give up something before we don't have anything to hunt.
