Thanks for the info, I realize New Mexico isn't known for its great deer hunting, I appreciate the heads up on the camping situation, probably pull a camper down.
We realize you make your own luck, I don't anticipate shooting anything from the road.... as I hope we can get into some country that may be less traveled... I still would like to know more about your trip to the Burros..
Thanks
It’s considered “QUALITY “ so they can charge more>Have been on that hunt 2

>kids drew Jr hunt and
>saw one forkey in 3
>days of Hunting. I hunted
>late archery hunts.
Thanks for your two cents, sounds like deer densities are low?
When you say tough, are you referring to acces, terrain, deer numbers? Please elaborate.. my son will be 15 and very capable of putting in the effort... just wondering why it's considered a quality hunt..
Thanks
How did your hunt go? My son has the same tag for this year.Well, my son drew the youth 23 burro mountain buck tag... what kind of hunt should we expect? Quality?
Thanks
Good luck after that report on open forum ??sons like you had a good hunt seeing some deer. I am trying to get a tag there for coues one year.
Who cares what I put on an open forum. I’m not a democrat and I don’t mind helping someone fill their tag. We are all hunters but most of you pricks on here act like your some instagram blow hard which you probably are.Good luck after that report on open forum ??

No I didn’t. I have watched you blow hards for years be rude to guys asking for help Or info on a unit that could be 1000 miles from their House. I didn’t miss any humor, and I don’t miss much.Think you missed the humor in that post.

Why not? Folks are blasted for asking.
It’s almost like it should be common sense ???Imagine what would happen if the new state record mule deer came out unit 2A and everyone knew it. Do you think the number of applications would increase, decrease, or remain the same when people knew they might be able to get in on some of those genetics as well?
Now imagine if the guy who shot that deer said he hunted up on Pump Mesa close to a canyon that was privately owned that had very little pressure.
That was the point to the sarcastic humor in that post. You spoke about a hunt that produced some good coues opportunities with very little pressure. You'd be surprised the shear number of lurkers on these forums that just glean information from others and then never contribute.
Don't take it personally...
No joke!Good luck after that report on open forum ??
