Unit 2B

Curious if anyone has been out on Unit 2b yet this spring and summer and done any scouting. How is the vegetation looking has it been a good year for water and antler growth in this unit so far this year. Any pictures of bucks you have seen scouting would be fun to see.

Our spring wasn't to bad for moisture, but this summer has been dry as popcorn fart. There are a few waterholes with water still in them. The vegetation is ok, not great though. I have been out lookin for bucks a couple of times but as dry as it is, it's been hard. Starting to get a few little showers, but nothing to write home about.

I am hoping to get up there and do some scouting in the next few weeks. Still trying to narrow down some areas to concentrate my scouting on.

Have the archery hunters had any success in 2b? Any pictures.

A few hunters have had success. I recieved a pic on my cell phone from a friend's friend who killed a 180 class buck.
