Unit 41 Deer hunt

I was lucky enough to draw the unit 41 Nov. Mule deer hunt. I was wondering if anyone would mind giving me some ideas of where to start scouting. I'm just looking for general information. I have never hunted this area before so I'm just looking for information that will help me with my scouting.

Like do the bucks stay in the high country all summer and move down during the rut? Should I be scouting the high country or keep my scouting to the lower area's where the bucks will be in November.
