Was wondering how the hunt went results. I am an nr that hopes to draw this hunt in the next couple of years. If any one could share information about opening morning pressure and details of the hunt I would be very interested to hear from you.

I have a friend that's there right now. I'll let you know how he does. Called me monday twice, asking how to find the camping spot, and directions to the two areas i told him to check out. haven't heard anything since SO I'm thinking he's onto something.

Hey califelkslayer have you heard anything yet? It sure is quiet on here about unit 61.

I got the best bull of my hunting career opening morning. I am very computer stupid so I need to get help from my wife or daughter to post pics. The bulls were screaming their heads off. It was a great hunt.

Eastside, I haven't talked to him yet because he just came back to work today and I'm on vacation now BUT he tested me Sunday morning and said he missed a 360 class bull the first day, "Snap shot in the oak brush, 180 yards." Something about another good bull Sunday AM. Last text was Thursday, "Tagsoup, go big or go home."

Told me about a bull he called in Tuesday before the season. Stopped his quad to urinate. heard a bull. Got on his quad and called. Called that bull to 40 yards. Bull was standing in the road and he was sitting on his quad. he was some frustated hunting the oakbrush with a rifle though.
