The Sacramento Bee has been running a whole series of investigative front page articles on the USDA Wildlife Services. See the post titled "Wildlife Services Predator Control No Help for Deer Herds" below for the link to the articles. According to the Bee article today there has been a 25,000 signature citizen petition started on the Whitehouse website and several organizations are pushing for reform or elimination of the agency altogether including such gems as; Project Coyote in CA, Wildlife Guardians in CO, Predator Defense in OR, the Humane Society of the US and NRDC, and Defenders of Wildlife in DC...
